It’s fascinating to see a product that uses absolutely no type of lab-made compounds; people often place a negative connotation to supplements containing melatonin or magnesium glycinate, but the truth is that they work! Um, I hate to put down any company or any product unnecessarily, but this product does nothing. In all fairness, I have a very difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep. My wife doesn’t have a very hard time falling asleep but does wake up during the night. Additionally, she doesn’t take anything in order to fall asleep. So, I had her try it. The next day, I asked her how it worked to which she said, “It did absolutely nothing.”
I am kind of disappointed because I don’t want to use medication. This is the third natural sleep aid I’ve tried that doesn’t work. Like I said, if it was just me I could see it. However, it didn’t even work on my wife and that’s a pretty easy test to pass.
