What is it?
As the name of the product suggests, FitMiss Z-Slim is a dietary supplement designed to support weight loss during sleep. The product claims to be a fat metabolizer for women who are fitness-oriented and want to shed a few extra pounds – and what better time to have that done than during your night’s rest-eye. While we don’t challenge Z-Slim’s ability as a supplement to effectively induce sleep, we’re not quite sure that it will allow women to wake up skinnier. Keep reading to find out what we’ve discovered.
What’s in it?
Each capsule contains a small amount of vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin B6, Magnesium and Zinc – all of which are vital nutrients that your body should be receiving on a daily basis. Additionally, there is a 603 mg proprietary blend of valerian root extract – a natural herb with sedative properties that can help you relax and de-stress, lemon balm – an effective relaxant, 5-HTP extract – helps with the production of our sleep neurotransmitter, serotonin, melatonin – a popular sleep-inducing supplement that also works by regulating sleep patterns, and raspberry ketone – a natural chemical found in red raspberries that may help increase metabolism and support weight loss.
What can it do for you?
Here’s a few thoughts shared by customers who have tried the product:
ShoeGirl on Amazon.com wrote: “Didn’t notice anything helpful as far as metabolism/fat burning, but I DID sleep a lot better (which is always welcomed). I took tylenol pm in the past, and while that helped me fall asleep, it didn’t help me STAY asleep. I feel really well rested in the morning after taking Z-Slim.”
JenniferB on Amazon.com wrote: “Helps me sleep if I take an hour before bed.”
Jessenia Munoz on Amazon.com wrote: “It does make me fall right asleep, which is great since I work midnight hours and sleeping in the AM is hard for me. It does however, make me extremely naseous.”
Is it safe?
Z-Slim’s formula is quite solid, which is probably why side effects aren’t a main concern. However, a few customers have reported feeling nauseous after taking the product. Please note that this could be a temporary reaction due to your body’s attempt of adjusting to the ingredients. Z-Slim’s supplement facts label does warn that you should not use the product if you have “high or low blood pressure; cardiac arrhythmia; stroke; heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease; seizure disorder; psychiatric disease; diabetes; difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking a MAO inhibitor.”
How much is it?
You can get FitMizz Z-Slim online via Amazon.com or BodyBuilding.com for around $15 per bottle. The recommended dose is 2 capsules before bedtime and the bottle should last you an entire month. To be frank, we’re happy with Z-Slim’s price tag.
Although we were initially excited with the whole ‘get sexy during sleep’ concept, we noticed that many customers did not notice any progress in terms of weight loss or metabolism efficiency. This could be attributed to the formula, which only contains 1 ingredient related to weight loss (raspberry ketone). If you are a serious gym junkie then you could give this product a try – besides, you’ll be seeing progress either way. The price of the product is definitely affordable which is why the purchase could be very worthwhile.
